Henk Norel - 47th pick, 2009
Having a successful ACB career based around popping up in the right place at the right time. Picks and rolls, slips, cuts, throws some Schenscher hooks, goes to the glass, moves his feet, fouls when he has to. A smart player. But without NBA speed, strength or skills, he is in the right league for his skill set, and the NBA would be the wrong one.

Henk Norel (47th pick, 2009)
- Norel's development had a pretty enormous bump in the road in January, when he tore his ACL. Up until that point, he was having quite a good year, averaging 6.4 points and 4.8 rebounds in 18 mpg in ACB play for DKV Joventut Badalona. By the time he gets healthy again, Norel will be 24, and still somewhat underdeveloped in his skill set. If the injury proves to have robbed him of any mobility or hustle, then that's the death knell.
Chances of making the NBA expressed as an arbitrary percentage: 8.425%

- Henk Norel
Timberwolves draft pick Norel is still with DKV Joventut, even if Ricky Rubio isn't. He is averaging 5.1 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.7 fouls in 11 minutes per game in the ACB, alongside 4.2 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.7 fouls in 10 minutes per game in the Eurocup. He is still more about running about than skill.
