In the half of the season he managed, Cornlie returned pretty much the same stats and style as last time. He did however get his three-point shooting up to 40%. It came on only 25 attempts, though, so sustaining that mark on a higher percentage when healthy is the next test. Even were he to pass this and other tests, though, he seems highly marginal as a top-tier talent.

Spent the season trying to prove he could be a stretch big, but unsuccessfully, shooting poorly from outside in all competitions and not doing a lot other than that. This still remains the path to his NBA future, if there is one, but this year was a bump in the road rather than a breakout one.
