Glossary of terms and that:
Team option: Team has the option to extend the contract to already dictated
terms.
Player option/early termination option: Player has the option to extend
the contract to already dictated terms. They're basically the same thing,
even though they aren't.
Restricted: Player has just completed fourth year of first round rookie
contract and, assuming his team extends the necessary qualifying offer,
is to enter restricted free agency.
Option on restriction: Player has three years or less experience in the
NBA and, assuming his team extends the necessary qualifying offer, is
to enter restricted free agency. But they might not choose to do so. The
only exception to those eligible are those on first round rookie contracts
who had an option declined, like Joe Alexander. The difference between
this and "restricted" is kind of non-existant, really, since
the team is not compelled in either case to extend a QO. But there's a
reason for discerning between them; players coming off of rookie scale
contracts usually get their QO's, and the rest usually don't.

Just because the people with options are on this list, it
doesn't mean they actually WILL become free agents. They just can. Some
certainly will, some certainly won't. Use your own sense on that. It'll
be known at the time, and not before then.
