such as being suspended for leaving the bench or swearing on camera are
not included because they just aren't exactly the point of this page.
This is, primarily, for criminal proceedings, plus occasionally including
other stuff that is considered to be important, including suspensions
for substance abuse.
Additionally, only players in the database are included. Meaning, basically,
players that either are in the NBA, or have a legit shot at being back
in it. So this does not include guys like Charles (or even Erick) Barkley.
