10th January 2011: The story broke that a University of Washington was under investigation for rape of a minor. It was not initially known who it was - however, it later became known that it was Overton. The initial police report states that the accused was a sexual predator, preying - Overton's version of events was this. Overton also admitted to smoking marijuana in the incident. Eventually, no sexual assualt charges of any kind were filed, but Overton was nonetheless charged with furnishing a minor with alcohol. Sentenced to a "dispositional continuance" that would remove the charge from Overton's record if he performed community service and did not get in trouble again for a year.
 
17th June 2011: Arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree promoting prostitution. Pled not guilty. Ongoing.
