17/04/2003: Arrested for battery of a police officer. Pulled over in the early hours, he refused to get out of his car, then drove off in it with the officer's arm stuck in the window. Only stopped when the officer pointed a gun at him. Pleaded no contest, was not sentenced. Case was continued for a year, then dismissed after Battie kept his nose clean.
