26th February 2009 - Arrested for intimidating, kidnapping and aggravated assault after punching his girlfriend. Smith and his girlfriend were arguing while leaving a party, when Smith allegedly hit her and broke her nose. Smith then (allegedly) drove her to a lake, where he took her cell phone off of her, kicked her out of the car, and drove off. He later came back and picked her up again, but apparently the damage was done, and he was later arrested. Sentenced to two and a half years in prison for aggravated assault..
