18th May 2007; In a civil lawsuit filed over a year later, Collins was accused of dropping down to his birthday suit and rubbing himself against a 35 year old woman in a lift, when she didn't want him to. No criminal charges were brought due to lack of evidence, but the alleged victim initially won a default judgement in civil court after Collins did not respond to the lawsuit. That judgement was later suspended, and eventually, over 18 months later, the case was dropped. As was Collins' countersuit for defamation of character.
