February 15th 2006: Took a gun on a team plane. Said that the gun was his girlfriend's, and that he had picked up her bag by mistake. Gun was registered to his girlfriend. No charges filed, but suspended by the NBA for two games.
 
April 20th 2007: Arrested and charged with felony possession of a weapon during a traffic stop. Also caught doing 77mph in a 45mph zone, and driving with a suspended license. Pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years probation, and suspended by the NBA for three games.
