February 2003: Arrested for "interfering with a government function" after being the passanger of a car that police attempted to stop for driving erratically before it sped off. Upon ditching the car, Banks and the other passengers tried to run off, but were caught. Suspended for 4 games by his high school, and was fined $100 in criminal court, with $50 in court costs.
 
July 2003: Arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child, after using a lighted cigarette to burn a gang insignia into the leg of a 15-year-old girl in a gang initiation rite. Released after posting $5,000 bail.
 
16th February 2004: Appeared in court on marijuana possession charges. Don't know the result of that
 
7th August 2011: One of four men arrested after a high speed chase with police that started with a simple traffic stop for speeding. Inside the vehicle were $20,000's worth of valuables, suspected to have been from two burglaries. Police stated that they suspected the four men, including Banks, to be a part of what is known as the "James Bond gang," a local group roughly 20 strong of robbers responsible for a spate of thefts in the area dating back a generation.
