18/01/2003: Broke a $100,000 television camera. Threw a TV monitor at the cameraman filming him, then grabbed his camera and smashed it on the floor. Had to pay for a replacement.
 
19/11/2004: Charged into stands to beat up fan at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Suspended for 73 games, sentenced to a year's probation and 60 hours community service.
 
25/05/2002: Grabbed the mother of his child around the throat. Charged with aggravated harassment. Sentenced to stress management classes.
 
February 2007: His dog was taken away after his neighbours complained to authorities that it was starving to death. No charges brought.
 
03/05/2007: Arrested on charges of battery and corporal injury to a spouse, false imprisonment and using force or violence to prevent his victim from reporting a crime. Pleaded no contest to the corporal abuse one; the rest were dropped. Sentenced to 100 hours of community service, three years probation and a 20-day work project through the county sheriff's department with 10 days suspended. Artest also was fined $600 and ordered to attend a year long violence treatment program, and a parenting class on the effects of domestic violence on young children.
