September 2004: Charged with shooting a gun off whilst driving. Sentenced to two weeks in jail, 100 hours community service, and suspended for 1 game by the NBA.
 
28th July 2011: Arrested and accused of operating a sophisticated marijuana growing operation at his home. Having told his neighbours he was going to build a dirt bike track for local youths, White instead constructed a secret underground bunker under a shed that housed 62 marijauna plans. Charged with felony manufacture of marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy to manufacture marijuana.
