02/12/2003: Pulled over for expired tags on his truck. Police then discovered he had a warrant for failure to appear in court for three traffic violations. Released after paying a $300 fine. Tskitishvili's truck was never towed like it should have been, and was later stolen. The tyres were missing when police finally found the truck. Heh.
