2004: Arrested after a hit and run. Batiste, over the alcohol limit, hit a motocyclist (who was also over the limit), and then drove off. Batiste then crashed again about a mile further on, and tried to hide, but was found and arrested. The motorcyclist was seriously injured. Bizarrely, I can't find anything that explains what became of this, despite its seriousness.
