February 1998: Arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol. Also
charged with refusing a breath test, for supposedly kicking someone's door
in, and for not wearing his seat belt. Was placed in a six-month program
for first-time offenders that allowed him to clear his record upon its completion.
Also was placed on probation for a year by college coach Tom Izzo. |

| June 1999:
Arrested for shoplifting over a 40 ounce bottle of beer of all things. Cited and released. |

| March 2001:
Ticketed for speeding. Upon further investigation, it turned out his license was suspended for failing to pay two previous tickets. 30 days added to suspension. |

| 23rd March 2010: Arrested for DUI. Admitted to the offense, but claimed it was because he was rushing to attend an emergency involving his son. | ||
