February 2007: Arrested and charged with battery and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors, after a bar fight. Both he and Jamaal Tinsley - also charged - wound up accepting something called a "diversion agreement", meaning that they didn't have to go to trial. They were sentenced to 32 hours community service each and something called "behavior modification training", which sounds like something a dog does.
