August 2006: Arrested for shooting off a gun near to the White House, which was rather unique. Sentenced to 60 days in prison after pleading guilty to possession of an unregistered firearm and unregistered ammunition charges. 12 months later, he got 60 more days in jail for another aspect of the same crime - he was charged with shipping four guns via FedEx in July 2006 without notifying them that the shipment contained firearms. Pleaded guilty to that part, and sentenced to 60 days in jail, two years of supervised release and a $2,000 fine.
