5th October 2010: Arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault, accused of "serious bodily harm" against his girlfriend. Dunn allegedly punched his girlfriend in the jaw at a September 27th party, causing two small fractures that required small surgery. Suspended indefinitely by Baylor; indefinitely later became three games. Despite the fact that the victim asked for the charges to be dropped by the district attorney, they weren't. Six months later, however, a jury dropped the charges.
