July 2002: Cited for marijuana possession. Fined.
October 2007: Arrested for possession of marijuana, controlled substance and a firearm, driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and DUI. Charges dated back to August 2006. Was sentenced back on October 10th to 30 months in prison on the marijuana and unlicensed firearm charges, and was sentenced for 30 more months in jail back in September for the driving on a suspended license charge, to be served consecutively. But the sentence was thrown out due to Clark not having legal representation at the hearing, a right that he didn't waive. Legal records show that he was in a rehab centre in Texas during his absence. Admitted to being an coholic during the appeal hearing. New hearing scheduled. Ongoing. It's all really confusing so this may not be perfectly correct.
