August 20th 2005: Arrested and charged with shoplifting after leaving a Wal-mart without paying for $47 worth of goods. The items - two DVD's - had "slipped into" a garbage can that he was also buying.
 
May 2006: Arrested for fleeing and eluding (a felony) and resisting arrest without violence (a misdemeanour). Brumbaugh was driving his cousin, a convicted felon on probation, when police stopped the car for having expired license tags. Brumbaugh took off, shirtless, but was captured in a nearby neighborhood. In the car, police found a loaded automatic rifle, a tazer, a knife, a shirt with the word "Police" on it, and a badge with the words "Private Investigator." Brumbaugh had the gun legally - he shot frequently at a local gun range - but he ran anyway. Sentenced to a year's probation, which was to be terminated after six months if Brumbaugh stayed out of trouble until then.
 
June 2006: Arrested for trespassing.
 
September 2006: Arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Brumbaugh was sitting in a campus car park playing music so loudly that it got reported; police found the pot in the car when they got there. Brumbaugh had less than a third of an ounce, but because it was in four different baggies, he was given the intent charge, a felony. Since this arrest was a violation of his prior probation, Brumbaugh spent 7 days in prison, but the felony was eventually downgraded back to a misdemeanour when a judge ruled that he'd change it if Brumbaugh did something constructive with his time.
 
August 11th 2007: Arrested after a fight in a bar in which Keith claims to have been defending himself after a barman grabbed him. Charges, whatever they were, were dropped.
 
August 24th 2007: Arrested for burglary after allegedly breaking down the door of his high school sweetheart's apartment. The charge was dropped, and the girl in question refused to press charges due to the supposedly dubious nature of the police officer's report. Brumbaugh accepted a deferred prosecution agreement and attended anger management classes.
 
March 17th 2010: Arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of cannabis under 20 grams, possession of paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
 
June 28th 2010: Arrested for the exact same crimes as in the March 17th entry above.
 
October 17th 2010: Arrested and charged with discharging a firearm from inside a vehicle, a felony offense, and for yet more cannabis possession.
 
February 1st 2011: Arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to register a motor vehicle, and yet more possession, his fourth possession charge within a year.
 
July 15th 2011: Arrested on an outstanding warrant.
 
December 13th 2011: Arrested and charged with two counts of domestic battery and two counts of marjiuana possession.
