25th October 2007: Charged with assault, disturbing the peace and destruction of property after an incident in a nightclub. (Aren't they all?) Smith, absolutely battered, poured champagne on a woman, then apologised to, then spat on her, then shoved her and then tore her dress. Had a court date, but don't know what became of it, other than a three game suspension from the Nuggets.
9th June 2007: Drove through a stop sign, and hit another car. Neither Smith nor his passenger in the car were wearing their seatbelts. Smith was unharmed, but his passenger was killed.
Numerous: Smith has had his driving license suspended multiple times, and racked up a shit load of points, usually for speeding. He also once crashed team mate Carmelo Anthony's car on the way to a game. His license was clean at the time of the June 2007 crash that killed his friend.....but still. Sort it out.
