12th March 2011: Arrested for the obscure charges of failure to obey an authorized officer who was directing traffic and failure to yield to and obstruction of emergency equipment, after getting hung up on an intersection by heavy traffic. When an ambulance came alone and Powell was instructed to go through the intersection - which, presumably, wasn't the way he wanted to go - he refused, so much so that he was arrested.
