25th April 2003: While being ticketed for going 90 in a 65 mph zone, Forte was also arrested and cited for marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and having a concealed weapon about his person (giggidy).
 
2nd May 2003: Arrested and charged with assault after punching a man in the face during a pickup game.
