August 2007: Accused by a female student of sexual assault. Case heard by a grand jury, but no criminal charges were brought. Case also heard by the university's judicial board, who also cleared him of the assault, but who placed him on probation through 2011 for "conduct that threatened the mental health" of the student. Also ordered to perform 30 hours of community service, to attend gender-sensitivity and domestic violence educational programs and to be evaluated to determine if they need any further counseling.
