February 4th 2004: Arrested and charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, two counts of sale and delivery of marijuana, and two counts of sale, possession, and delivery of a controlled substance on school grounds. Sentenced to three years' probation, 200 hours of community service a suspended prison sentence and various fines.
 
January 17th 2008: Arrested and charged with urinating in the street and resisting arrest. Turns out that he wasn't arrested for the urine, but for running away from a police officer who pulled over to ask what he was doing. Urinating in the street would have just been a fine, but by resisting arrest, he turned it criminal. Pled guilty, don't know of the sentence, but suspended by the Bulls for one game.
