May 24th 2003: Arrested and charged for marijuana possession after a car in which he was a passenger was pulled over for speeding. Sentenced to complete a substance abuse program, a years probation, 100 hours of community service and had to pay court costs.
 
October 2003: Arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving with an expired license plate. Suspended "indefinitely" by the school, which turned out to be about 6 months. Don't know what legal ramifications there were.
