November 2005: Found himself in court on rape charges after a June 2004 encounter that saw him and his teammate Michael Cleaves "running a train" on a woman at a party. The woman, who was drunkenly vomiting in the sink at the time, claimed that she was raped, but the pair were acquitted. Neal was kicked out of his college for the incident, since the in-court depictions of what happened showed actions that violated their "morality rules".
