February 2004: Arrested and charged with misdemeanour domestic battery, later modified to battery, after a female student accused him of choking her. Suspended indefinitely by Indiana State. Charge later dropped upon certain undisclosed conditions.
 
October 2010: Accused of rape. Moss got talking to a flight attendant on a team flight, and ended up arranging to go on a date with her. At some point on the date, the two went to Moss's car; this is where the woman claims Moss forced himself upon her, while Moss claims she gave him the come-on and everything that happened was consensual.
