April 2002: Charged with felony drug possession. Charges dismissed after the search at his home which brought about the charges was ruled illegal.
 
November 2002: Arrested for marijuana possession.
 
July 2003: Arrested again for marijuana possession after trying to pass through an airport metal detector with some weed wrapped in tin foil, which was a bit dumb. Suspended by the team and fined $250,000, whilst agreeing to be placed into a drug rehabilitation scheme. Is now seemingly clean, even allowing Trail Blazers beat writers to take him for random testing at a date he had no control over (he passed).
