June 2005: Arrested and charged for carrying a gun whilst driving. Charges were dropped due to his being illegally detained.
 
June 2008: Three years later, basically the same thing happened. Arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, as well as aiding and abetting DWI. Wilcox was a passenger in his own car, being driven by his friend, who failed a roadside sobriety test (but only just). Officers found 5 guns in the car: 4 handguns and a shotgun. That seems excessive. Charges later dropped for reasons I don't know of.
