August 2001: During a traffic stop, was found to be in possession of both cocaine and marijuana. Was sentenced to a pretrial diversion program on the cocaine charge, which he had until May 2011 to complete.
 
September 2009: Appeared in court for failing to comply with the conditions of a differed prosecution program
 
November 2010: In a plea agreement, sentenced to a one year suspended prison sentence on a charge of second-degree possession of marijuana.
