October 2000: Arrested and charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol and public intoxication. Suspended by college team. Fined $150, charges dropped after completing a year without anything new cropping up.
 
April 2002: Something new cropped up. Arrested and charged with assault and battery on a female student after touching her up in a stairwell. Sentenced to a year's probation which included such terms as a written letter of apology, never talking to the girl again, being fined $850, complete abstention from drugs an alcohol, and being forced to partcipiate in sex offender "screening" to see if he had serial sex offender tendencies. Nice of him to wait out the year from the previous offence though, weren't it?
