Undated, ages ago: Arrested for slapping a woman in what he described as "horseplay". She slapped him, he slapped her back (or the other way around), and they were both arrested. Charges of third degree assault and disorderly conduct brought, and Gordon was given probation and had to perform 30 hours of community service. The woman was also charged with assault, but her charge was dropped.
