Antoine Walker

November 1997: Teammates Chauncey Billups and Ron Mercer, plus Walker's housemate Michael Irvin, were accused of a rape at Walker's home. Antoine, whilst not implicated as being one of the rapists, allegedly walked into the room at the time of the incident, and did nothing, declining Irvin's offer to go get some of his own. Case settled out of court by Mercer and Billups. Antoine then sued them both.
 
May 2003: Investigated for assault after repeatedly provoking and poking a fan outside a game. No charges brought due to lack of evidence, or point.
 
January 2009: Arrested and charged with DUI.
 
17th July 2009: Arrested for unpaid casino debts. Sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to pay $770,050 restitution, with the threat of a year in prison if he violates his probation. Charges however can be dismissed if Walker fully repays his debt.
