1999: Summoned for simple assault. Charges dismissed.
 
26th January 2001: Arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault again. Found not guilty.
 
2nd January 2011: Arrested for driving under the influence. It was stated that this was Grundy's six such arrest, his most recent coming only a few weeks before (with the case still pending at the time of this arrest). With the latest arrest, the pending case, the three previous convictions and one previous acquittal, Grundy was charged with the considerably more grave crime of habitual impaired driving, a felony offense.
